Department AI Workshop
One department, your own tasks: the team goes back to the office with templates that work. If your team already uses AI but has no rules, start here. Which tool, which data, whose approval? We write these rules down with the team, using your own work.
Who it's for
The Department AI Workshop (Departman YZ Atölyesi) is for a single department team: sales and marketing, HR, finance, production and quality, or management and administration. The group is 8–15 people; if it's larger, we add a second session. Example tasks by department: Corporate AI training.
What we cover
Before the workshop
With a short pre-survey, we collect 3 tasks the team repeats every week.
In the workshop
- Safe use and the limits set by KVKK (Turkish data protection law), including which data must not go into AI tools
- Practice on the team's own tasks
- Checking the output: verifying the AI's answer before you use it
- A template library for your department
After the workshop
A 30-day practice card.
Duration and format
- Half day (3.5 hours) or full day (6 hours)
- 8–15 people
- At your company, in person; no online workshops
- Based in İzmir, working across Türkiye
- The workshop is held in Turkish; you and I can talk and write in English

How it works
- Discovery call: 30–45 minutes, free; in person in İzmir, online or by phone outside İzmir.
- One-page summary: Within 3 business days.
- Fixed-price proposal: Within 3 business days of the summary. Your order is confirmed when you approve the proposal by email.
- Pre-survey: Your team lists 3 tasks they repeat every week.
- Workshop: At your company, in person.
- Day 30: On-site follow-up.

Frequently asked questions
Do you provide the AI tool licenses?
No. Licenses and accounts are your responsibility; providing licenses is out of scope.
What happens to our company data?
The workshop uses only anonymized or made-up examples. Examples you share from your own work are anonymized: we provide the method, you give the approval. Your data never goes into any AI tool without your written permission and an approved account. We can sign a confidentiality agreement if you wish.
Do you travel outside İzmir?
Yes, for training we come anywhere in Türkiye; the free discovery call, however, takes place online or by phone outside İzmir. Travel and accommodation costs, if any, are set out in the proposal.
