General
Where do you work?
Based in İzmir, working across Türkiye; at your company, in person. The free discovery call, however, takes place online or by phone outside İzmir. Travel and accommodation costs, if any, are set out in the proposal.
What language are the sessions in?
Workshops, briefings and consulting sessions are held in Turkish. Calls, email and written documents such as the proposal, the call summary and the management note can be in English.
Do you offer online training?
No. Training takes place only at your company, in person. The only thing done remotely is the free discovery call: outside İzmir, it takes place online or by phone.
How do we get started?
With a free 30–45 minute discovery call. After it, I send a one-page summary within 3 business days and a fixed-price proposal within 3 business days of the summary. Details: How we work.
Do you come to our company for the discovery call?
If you're in İzmir, yes, we meet in person. Outside İzmir, the discovery call takes place online or by phone. We first meet in person on the training or working day set in the proposal you approve.
Training
How many people can take part?
The Department AI Workshop is for 8–15 people; if the group is larger, we add a second session. The Executive AI Briefing is for the owner or general manager and a management team of 3–12.
Do you provide the AI tool licenses?
No. Licenses and accounts are your responsibility; providing licenses is out of scope.
Do you issue a participation certificate?
The workshop includes a participation certificate. It is not accredited.
Consulting
Do you install software or do integration work?
No. We don't do software installation or system integration. We build simple no-code automation only as an add-on service, for clients whose data is ready and who have worked with us before.
Do we have to keep working with you after the engagement?
No. The outputs of the work are yours; you have no obligation to continue with us. You can use the outputs with another provider. Our consulting product: AI Opportunity Map.
Data and KVKK
Does our company data go into AI tools?
Not without your written permission and an approved account. The work uses only anonymized or made-up examples. We can sign a confidentiality agreement if you wish.
What is an AI usage policy for employees?
It's a set of written rules for how employees use AI at work: which tools, which data and whose approval. In the Department AI Workshop, we write these rules with your team, using your own work. This information is not legal advice.
Do you give legal advice?
No. We explain the limits set by KVKK (Turkish data protection law), but the outputs are not legal advice. Legal assessment is out of scope.
Price and proposal
Where can I see your prices?
In the written proposal I send after the discovery call. The proposal has a fixed price; there are no hourly fees.
