Together we work out where AI helps in your company and where it doesn't. Fixed price, written scope, written responsibilities. We don't install software; we help you choose the right work in the right order. Based in İzmir, working across Türkiye; at your company, in person. Consulting sessions are held in Turkish; you and I can talk and write in English.
We write one decision next to every task; often, the answer isn't AI. There are five decisions:

In two weeks (three weeks for companies with 50–249 employees), we identify the first two areas where AI will be useful in your company and draw up a 90-day plan.

Included: interviews with the manager and 3–5 stakeholders, a process walk, an inventory of tools, data and roles, use-case scoring, a pilot definition, the report, a 90-day roadmap, a management presentation and a draft responsibility matrix.
What we don't do: software development and installation, system integration, legal advice, online training. We can't promise a specific return.
We build simple no-code automation only as an add-on service, for clients whose data is ready and who have worked with us before.

Interviews and the process walk take place at your company, in person. At least 2 days of the AI Opportunity Map are spent at your company. The free discovery call, however, takes place online or by phone outside İzmir.

Not without your written permission and an approved account. The work uses only anonymized or made-up examples; we can sign a confidentiality agreement if you wish.
