How we work
We work in four steps. The price, responsibilities and your right not to continue are in writing from the start.
Four steps

Discovery call
First I listen. No presentation; we talk about your work. One to one: in person in İzmir, online or by phone outside İzmir.

One-page summary
Your goal, the biggest obstacle and the easiest first win, in writing.

Fixed-price proposal
Scope, responsibilities, date and terms in one document. Your order is confirmed when you approve the proposal by email.

Delivery at your company
In-person work. Workshops get an on-site follow-up on day 30.
I reply to your request within 3 business days.
What every proposal puts in writing
Every proposal sets out these four things.
1. Scope and price
What will be done, what is out of scope, the date and a fixed price. There are no hourly fees.
2. Responsibility table
A table shows which tasks we do and which you do.
3. No obligation to continue
The outputs of the work are yours. You have no obligation to continue with us; you can use the outputs with another provider.
4. Data and KVKK rules
- The work uses only anonymized or made-up (synthetic) examples.
- Your data never goes into any AI tool without your written permission and an approved account.
- We can sign a confidentiality agreement if you wish.
- The outputs are not legal advice.
