What happens?
I track scope, timing, deliverables and test evidence, record issues and changes with owners and dates, and follow fixes and retesting.
What you receive
Weekly findings, meeting notes, a monthly management report, acceptance and open-work handover.
How we proceed
- I take over the current specification, implementer, version, acceptance criteria and client decision authority.
- We agree monthly capacity and meetings for one project; entry scope is 14 hours, two meetings and weekly written reviews.
- I review delivery and test evidence weekly, keeping planned, evidenced and client-accepted states separate.
- Defects return to the implementer for correction and retesting against the same criteria. Cost/timing changes for new work require prior written approval.
- The monthly management note reports progress, risks, time used and remaining capacity.
- I record authorized acceptance and account/data/rights handover. Mandatory outstanding work prevents closure; a new period requires separate approval.
Your contribution
Management supplies decision authority, the implementer supplies deliverables and test evidence, and a contact supplies access and scheduling.
An example
The example is fictional; it is not a real customer result or return claim.
A fictional workflow fails the duplicate-record test. The implementer corrects it and the same test is rerun on the new version. Critical failures prevent acceptance recommendations.

Timing and price
Entry scope: One project, two online meetings per month, weekly written checks, a monthly report and up to 14 hours of work.
From TRY 35,000/month + 20% VAT (TRY 42,000/month including VAT).
Your written proposal specifies scope, additional costs, data/access, cancellation and acceptance. Training and consulting start no earlier than two weeks after proposal acceptance, by agreement.
How this differs
Coordination already included in my implementation fee is not sold a second time. Independent oversight and development are distinct.

Must we buy another service?
No. We choose the work matching your need. Reusable prior information is not billed twice for the same work.
