What happens?
I review the monthly agenda and evidence, prepare options, decisions and action notes, and track open issues with their owners.
What you receive
Monthly decision/action notes, risk and evidence records, and a management review every three months.
How we proceed
- The proposal quantifies goals, work capacity, meetings and response arrangements for a period of at least three months.
- I reuse current reports, projects and pending decisions without charging again for the same analysis.
- Each month I work on the management agenda and evidence within agreed capacity; major new assessments, training or implementation are scoped separately.
- Monthly decision notes identify options, uncertainty, management choices, owners and dates. Implementation and measured benefits are tracked separately.
- In the third month a 90-minute review supports your decision to continue, change scope or exit.
- I hand over the period report and outstanding work. Work does not automatically continue without approval of the new scope and fee.
Your contribution
Management contributes goals and decisions; a contact supplies existing material and updates. Working hours, access, meetings and client time are defined in your proposal.
An example
The example is fictional; it is not a real customer result or return claim.
A fictional three-month agenda covers tool selection, policy needs and implementation follow-up through separate decision records. Major new installation work is not silently included.

Timing and price
A minimum three-month initial period, with written monthly scope.
From TRY 50,000/month + 20% VAT (TRY 60,000/month including VAT). Minimum three months: TRY 150,000 + VAT = TRY 180,000.
Your written proposal specifies scope, additional costs, data/access, cancellation and acceptance. Training and consulting start no earlier than two weeks after proposal acceptance, by agreement.
How this differs
This addresses a company decision agenda rather than oversight of one project. Major analysis, custom training and installation require separate scope and approval.
Common questions
Is this tailored to our company?
Yes. We agree the recurring decisions and support topics. I review them with the relevant people and keep a written record of decisions and next steps. Large new studies or development projects receive separate proposals.
Must we buy another service?
No. We choose the work matching your need. Reusable prior information is not billed twice for the same work.
Who coordinates any specialists?
I am your single point of contact and coordinate specialists or implementers, explaining roles and costs in advance. Regulated professional decisions remain with the qualified specialist.
