The AI Opportunity Map (YZ Fırsat Haritası) is for companies with 10–249 employees that use AI in scattered ways or can't decide where to start. It answers the question "Are we ready for AI?" using your own work, tools and data.

How it works
- Discovery call: 30–45 minutes, free; in person in İzmir, online or by phone outside İzmir.
- One-page summary: Within 3 business days.
- Fixed-price proposal: Within 3 business days of the summary. Your order is confirmed when you approve the proposal by email.
- The work: Interviews, process walk, inventory and scoring; at least 2 days at your company.
- Delivery: Report, 90-day roadmap, management presentation and draft responsibility matrix.

Frequently asked questions
Will you recommend AI for every task?
No. Every task gets one of five decisions: AI, automation, existing software, process change or "wait". "Wait" isn't a no; it means choosing the right order.
Is software installation or integration included?
No. Software installation and system integration are out of scope. We help you choose the right work in the right order.
Can we implement the report with another company?
Yes. The outputs are yours. You have no obligation to continue with us; you can use them with another provider.
Does our data go into AI tools?
Not without your written permission and an approved account. The work uses only anonymized or made-up examples; we can sign a confidentiality agreement if you wish.
