Solution Planning and Proposal Review
Clarify what should be built and what a supplier proposal actually includes.
Who is this for?
Management teams with a defined problem or competing supplier proposals.
What happens?
I define user steps and exceptions, compare scope, costs, data, maintenance and exit terms, and prepare requirements and acceptance tests.
What you receive
Requirements, a reasoned comparison, cost assumptions, a specification and an acceptance test plan.
How we proceed
- We identify one selected task and up to two solution options or proposals; I reuse suitable previous reports.
- I clarify user steps, exceptions, existing systems and budget/timing limits with the relevant roles.
- I compare options on the same scope and period for cost, data, maintenance, usage rights and exit conditions.
- Each requirement is linked to an acceptance test; the specification makes the deliverable and its checks explicit.
- One consolidated revision finalizes the solution/proposal assessment, specification and acceptance plan.
- Implementation proceeds under a separate scope if requested. Planning documents do not claim an installed system or completed acceptance tests.
Your contribution
Users explain tasks and exceptions; management supplies budget, timing and acceptance authority; technical/purchasing roles provide systems and proposals. Reusable prior analysis is not charged again.
An example
The example is fictional; it is not a real customer result or return claim.
Fictional option A costs 120 thousand to set up plus 12 thousand/month; B costs 145 thousand plus 9 thousand/month. Three-month and annual totals differ; maintenance, data and exit are reviewed too.
| Example step | Visible content |
|---|---|
| Comparison | Two fictional bids for the same job: One specifies setup and monthly fees; the other omits exit and data-export terms. |
| Requirements | A common list defines job, users, data, approvals and outputs. |
| Decision note | An option is not declared cheapest before missing costs and rights are clarified. |
| Takeaway | Comparable options, a requirements document and acceptance scenarios. Building the system is separate work. |
Timing and price
Entry scope: One defined job, up to two options/proposals and one consolidated revision.
From TRY 55,000 + 20% VAT (TRY 66,000 including VAT).
Your written proposal specifies scope, additional costs, data/access, cancellation and acceptance. Training and consulting start no earlier than two weeks after proposal acceptance, by agreement.
How this differs
A specification is not an installed system. Deep engineering or coding requires separate scope. If my implementation is an option, that commercial relationship is disclosed.
Common questions
Is this tailored to our company?
Yes. I assess your requirements and any existing proposals against a common scope, cost and acceptance framework. Developing the system is a separate application project.
Must we buy another service?
No. We choose the work matching your need. Reusable prior information is not billed twice for the same work.
Who coordinates any specialists?
I am your single point of contact and coordinate specialists or implementers, explaining roles and costs in advance. Regulated professional decisions remain with the qualified specialist.
