I work in person with companies in İzmir: I train your team on their own work, help your management team settle the first step and, when needed, review your processes on site. If you're in İzmir, the discovery call can take place at your company, too. Sessions are held in Turkish; you and I can talk and write in English.
What's different for companies in İzmir
Discovery call at your company: 30–45 minutes, free. No presentation; we talk about your work in your own meeting room. Online or by phone works too.
Day-30 follow-up on site: A month after the workshop, we sit down with your team again and look at what's being used and what isn't. Outside İzmir, this follow-up takes place online.
I come to your company: central districts; organized industrial zones such as Atatürk, Menemen and Torbalı; nearby provinces such as Manisa. I also work with companies elsewhere in Türkiye.
