How we proceed
- We clarify needs and proposal scope in an introductory conversation.
- The written proposal states costs, timing, deliverables, client contributions and acceptance.
- Relevant roles receive preparation forms and a guide; their responses inform the confirmed plan.
- We carry out the agreed work, provide the deliverables, handle in-scope corrections and acceptance, then any agreed follow-up.

Normal, missing-input, duplicate and error examples, system/account permissions and approval roles.
An example
The example is fictional; it is not a real customer result or return claim.
A fictional request is recorded once. Repeating it does not create duplicate action; rejected approval prevents the action, and a system error is not recorded as success.
Timing and price
One or three defined workflows; timing follows connections and acceptance conditions.
Setup TRY 23,000 + TRY 4,500/month + 20% VAT. Minimum 3 months: TRY 36,500 + VAT = TRY 43,800. One workflow. Three workflows: TRY 59,000 setup + TRY 4,500/month; first three months TRY 72,500 + VAT = TRY 87,000.
Your written proposal specifies scope, additional costs, data/access, cancellation and acceptance. Training and consulting start no earlier than two weeks after proposal acceptance, by agreement.
How this differs
If the job to select is unclear, a single-process assessment is a separate option. API, permission and data conditions are checked before claiming a connection is available.
